As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, optimize campaigns, and contribute to our growth.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers. Create compelling email campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting lists. Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve results. A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to increase engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
