About the position

Role Overview:

As our Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What You'll Do:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
