About the position

Role Overview:

As our Facebook Ads Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive business growth and maximize ROI.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement Facebook ad strategies to achieve marketing objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad creative development, targeting, and budget optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting.
• Stay up-to-date with Facebook ad trends, best practices, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Facebook advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
